Anna Archer is an English content creator now based on the Gold Coast. She founded her own run club, On The Run, which has quickly grown into a hub for connection through movement!
I was born in Belgium and raised in the Caribbean and England. I loved living by the ocean and being outside every day!
I was 20 years old when I started running. It was super hard at the beginning! My friend was training for a marathon, and I wanted to join in.
I was travelling to Australia and wanted a way to meet up with my community as I went up the east coast. I loved being surrounded by incredible humans, seeing the sunrises, and chasing those post-workout endorphins.
Personal - moving to Australia.
Professional - starting my own brand, On The Run Club.
I thought I was going to be a teacher - either maths or sports.
The Suzuki Fronx - I drive it everywhere! The gym, coffee shops, run clubs … you name it.
Going to the beach, drinking coffee, and hanging out with my friends.
I am when I actually get time for myself to cook! My go-to is steak and sweet potatoes.
I loved going to K'gari Island.
Just keep getting out the door - running gets easier the more you practice. Don’t go out too hard, otherwise you won’t want to run again for a while. And whenever you can, run with friends!
