Endeavour Veterinary Ecology (EVE)

Suzuki Queensland has announced a significant partnership with Endeavour Veterinary Ecology (EVE), becoming the vehicle sponsor for our koala health and population management service. This partnership will see EVE's field team equipped with sponsored Suzuki Jimny and S-Cross vehicles, nimble and reliable assets for accessing koala habitats and transporting sick koalas to the veterinary hospital for treatment and swift return to the wild.

Suzuki Queensland Marketing Manager, Jake Tobin, recently handed over the keys to the S-Cross Koala Shuttle and Suzuki Jimnys, and highlighted the impact of the rescue vehicles. “We are proud to initiate such an important partnership with a pioneering Queensland business dedicated to protecting and conserving wildlife,” said Jake.

Michael Hornby, CEO of EVE, expressed his gratitude for Suzuki Queensland’s support. “Endeavour Veterinary Ecology’s koala health and management team is on the road traversing difficult terrain, seven days a week, responding to various koala interventions. We are delivering real results, reversing population decline in areas where koalas were previously on an extinction trajectory,” Hornby said.

Brisbane Tigers

Brisbane Tigers

Suzuki Queensland has proudly supported the Tigers for 14 years, and will be the Major Sponsor for the 2025 season, as we continue to play a pivotal role in both player development and community engagement through various forms of sponsorship, including employment opportunities for players, financial support, and strategic guidance.

Brisbane Tigers CEO Mitch Cook commented on the renewed partnership, saying, “Suzuki Queensland has been a cornerstone of our club’s growth and success. Their support has allowed us to enhance our player programs and build a strong, resilient club culture. We’re excited to continue working together and look forward to what we can achieve with Suzuki in 2025.”

Jake Tobin, representing Suzuki Queensland, shared his enthusiasm for the renewed collaboration: “Our local team at Suzuki Queensland are ready to tackle another exciting season with the mighty Brisbane Tigers. With a partnership that dates back to 2011, we have obviously had such a long-standing relationship with the club, so it’s fantastic to extend this into 2025.

Suzuki Queensland has partnered up with Surfing Queensland to provide support for surfing in the State, across 25+ events, community programs, surf schools, education and boardrider clubs in 2023/24. As the state importer and distributor of Suzuki vehicles, we currently provide three vehicles to Surfing Queensland - a Vitara, our compact SUV which has been a much loved Aussie favourite for years, the S-Cross which packs a BoosterJet turbo engine and a Jimny 5-Door, our tough and lightweight 4x4 - a perfect match for the outdoors and surfing lifestyle.

A representative from Surfing Queensland said the two year partnership is an exciting alignment that will assist the organisation in growing the sport of surfing in Queensland. "As the recognised not-for-profit State body of the sport in Queensland, we are committed to the development of surfing," "As the team works hard to deliver numerous events and community programs across Queensland, travel is a key component within the organisation. It is crucial that we are using vehicles that are safe, reliable and efficient. We have the utmost confidence in the vehicles provided by Suzuki Queensland and value their commitment in assisting us to develop the sport of surfing in the Sunshine State." Jake Tobin, Suzuki Queensland Marketing Manager commented “Surfing is the most quintessential Queensland lifestyle recreation/sport and we’ve got a great role to play in driving its further success.”
