Question
Answer
Where did you grow up and what did you love best about that part of the world?

I was born in Belgium and raised in the Caribbean and England. I loved living by the ocean and being outside every day!

At what age did you first discover your love for running, and how did it all begin?

I was 20 years old when I started running. It was super hard at the beginning! My friend was training for a marathon, and I wanted to join in.

What inspired you to start your run club, and what do you enjoy most about it?

I was travelling to Australia and wanted a way to meet up with my community as I went up the east coast. I loved being surrounded by incredible humans, seeing the sunrises, and chasing those post-workout endorphins.

What would you regard as your biggest personal or professional achievement so far?

Personal - moving to Australia.
Professional - starting my own brand, On The Run Club.

If you weren’t a content creator, what type of work do you think you’d be doing?

I thought I was going to be a teacher - either maths or sports.

What do you love about the Suzuki brand?
  1. The cars are awesome.
  2. I love how they make me want to be adventurous and explore more.
What Suzuki model are you currently driving and how does it fit into your lifestyle?

The Suzuki Fronx - I drive it everywhere! The gym, coffee shops, run clubs … you name it.

When you're not creating content or running, what do you like to do to unwind?

Going to the beach, drinking coffee, and hanging out with my friends.

Are you a good cook, and if so, what's your 'go-to' meal?

I am when I actually get time for myself to cook! My go-to is steak and sweet potatoes.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone just starting their running journey?

Just keep getting out the door - running gets easier the more you practice. Don’t go out too hard, otherwise you won’t want to run again for a while. And whenever you can, run with friends!
