Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion
- These are the terms and conditions ("Terms") for The Jimny Adventure Giveaway ("Promotion"), promoted by Suzuki Auto Co. ABN 23009693592 of PO Box 1334, Eagle Farm, Qld 4009 ("Promoter").
- The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEST, 1 October 2026 to 11:59pm AEST, 31 December 2026] inclusive ("Promotional Period"), unless varied by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
- This Promotion is open to eligible entrants in Queensland and Northern Rivers NSW. State-specific conditions applicable to each jurisdiction are set out in Section 9.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchases and takes delivery of a new eligible Suzuki Jimny vehicle, from a participating Suzuki Auto Co. dealership during the Promotional Period ("Eligible Purchase").
- Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, participating dealerships, and agencies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per Eligible Purchase. Multiple purchases during the Promotional Period generate multiple entries, one per vehicle purchased.
- Entrants are automatically placed in the monthly prize draw, based on the date their vehicle is entered into the Suzuki Auto Co. vehicle sales processing system.
- Customers who do not wish to be entered into the Promotion may contact the Promoter at advetising@suzukiqld.com.au within 14 days of purchase. Opting out of the Promotion does not affect the customer's purchase or any other rights or entitlements relating to their vehicle.
- For a single vehicle purchase and single entry, entrants only enter the prize draw for that given month, not subsequent months, whether they are deemed a winner or not.
- Each entrant may win a maximum of one monthly prize during the Promotional Period. Winning a monthly prize does not exclude an entrant from also being eligible to win the Grand Prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these Terms.
3. How to Enter
- No entry fee applies beyond the standard retail purchase price of the vehicle. Entrants are not charged any additional amount to participate in the Promotion.
- To enter, purchase and take delivery of an eligible new Suzuki Jimny from a participating dealership during the Promotional Period.
- The Promoter will use the contact and purchase details recorded at the time of sale to administer entries and notify winners. The Promoter may request additional proof of purchase to verify eligibility.

- Total prize pool for the Promotional Period is $32,000 (comprising $9,000 in monthly gift cards and a $5,000 Grand Prize). Prize values are current as at the date of these Terms and are stated inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except at the Promoter's discretion.
- Gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of issue and are redeemable at xxxx as specified at the time of issue.
- If a stated prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to any regulatory approval required.
5. Odds of Winning
- The odds of winning a monthly prize depend on the total number of Eligible Purchases (and therefore entries) received during the applicable month, via the authorised Suzuki Auto Co. dealer network. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of Eligible Purchases across the full Promotional Period.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
- Monthly prize draws will be conducted on or about the first business day of the month following the relevant entry month, at Suzuki Auto Co. using a random electronic drawing system, covering eligible entries.
- The Grand Prize draw will be conducted on or about 5 January, 2027 from all Eligible Purchases made during the full Promotional Period.
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the relevant draw using the contact details provided at entry.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, or does not respond to reasonable attempts at contact, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw, subject to applicable law.
- Winners' names (first name and suburb/state only) may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels for promotional purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
- Winners may request that their name not be published, in which case the Promoter will refer to them anonymously (e.g., 'a Queensland Jimny buyer') in any promotional winner announcements. This does not affect the winner's entitlement to their prize.
- Winner’s may be requested to partake in collaborative promotional activities, as deemed appropriate and suitable to both parties.
7. General Conditions
- The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every entrant, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent conduct.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related entities, agencies and dealership network exclude all liability for any loss (including consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms if circumstances arise that are outside its reasonable control, subject to any required regulatory approval in the relevant state.
8. Privacy
- Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at com.au/privacy/. Information may be used to conduct the Promotion, notify winners, and for related marketing purposes where the entrant has consented. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting advertising@suzukiqld.com.au
9. State-Specific Additional Terms
- The following additional conditions apply according to the entrant's state of residence at the time of the Eligible Purchase. Where any state-specific condition in this Section 9 conflicts with Sections 1–8, the state-specific condition prevails for entrants in that state only.
9A. New South Wales
- This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW) in respect of NSW entrants.
- The total prize pool for this Promotion is $32,000, which exceeds the $10,000 threshold at which a Trade Promotion Gaming Authority is required under NSW law. Accordingly, this Promotion requires a valid Authority before it can lawfully be offered to entrants in New South Wales.
- This Promotion is conducted under Trade Promotion Gaming Authority No. TP/05382, issued by NSW Fair Trading. This Promotion has been notified to NSW Fair Trading under Notification No. NTP/18181, in accordance with the conditions of that Authority.
- Persons involved in conducting the Promotion, including determining winners, and persons involved in the management of the Promoter's business, are not eligible to enter, consistent with Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) requirements.
9B. Queensland
No permit is required to conduct this Promotion in Queensland.
